Kindergarten Reading

Kindergarten reading homework is sent home on a daily basis. We have two different types of books.  One book is a printed reader, the other is a photocopied book. 

 

Bookmarks are sent home with the printed reader.  The bookmark will have your child's name on it, along with different titles of the books they will read.  The book mark needs to be initialed by the parent only, by the book name that was sent home.  Your child will receive a sticker if their bookmark is initialed by a parent.

 

Bookmarks are not sent home with photocopied books.  These books must be

initialed by the parent on the front of the book.

 

All books must come back the next day in order for them to receive a sticker

for their folder.  If by chance your child does not read their book, please return it to school.  Do not keep it to read the next night.
